About Us

Klonowski & Co is a fee-based practice. An initial exploratory meeting is available, without charge or obligation, and with no time limit. Financial planning work is charged at £150 per hour; any commission received in the course of the work may be used to offset these costs. Francis Klonowski believes in developing long-term relationships with his clients, helping them to clearly identify their goals and objectives - then showing the most suitable way to achieve those objectives. He is prepared to give as much time and attention as they wish.

How we work

Klonowski & Co offers personal financial planning to all types of private client. There is no requirement for a minimum level of income or net worth to become a client - the only qualification is a genuine desire to set financial affairs in order and a willingness to work with the planner to achieve this. Remuneration is on a fee basis with any commission being offset. An initial, exploratory meeting is available without charge or obligation. Each client receives a written Financial Plan summarising their present position, with detailed recommendations for actions to be taken and a clear explanation of those recommendations. The Plan is then monitored and updated at least once a year, or as the client requires. The typical hourly charge for financial planning is £150, with an initial charge of £250. Investment work is normally charged at 1% of the initial portfolio, and 0.5% pa of the portfolio value. Klonowski & Co is an appointed representative of Burns- Anderson Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Francis Klonowski has twice won the tiltle of Financial Planner of the Year [1999 and 2004], and IFA of the Year in 2001.
